Attire is casual throughout the PACT course; be comfortable!

Complimentary breakfast served in hotel lobby starting at 6 am.

ClubHouse offers complimentary shuttle to and from the airport.
- PPALS will host:
- Welcome Reception on Monday, May 13, 6 pm to 9 pm in the Cabernet Room at the ClubHouse; pizza, salad, dessert along with wine, beer, and soda.
- PACT Group Dinner on Tuesday, May 14 from 6 pm to 8 pm at The Barn on Sanford campus; appetizers, buffet dinner, dessert, along with wine, beer, and soda
- Three buffet lunches, refreshment breaks and beverages provided throughout the PACT course.

PPALS will provide a daily bus ride leaving from the hotel lobby at 7:45 am and returning in the afternoon, to and from the Sanford campus for all 3 days:

When PACT ends on Thursday, there will be a bus heading to the airport for those leaving right from Sanford. You can load your luggage on the bus when leaving the ClubHouse that morning.

Sanford CoRDS Great Plain Summit will be held immediately following the PACT course on Thursday and Friday, May 16-17, 2024. Rare Cancers is the focus for this year’s event. Registration is required and is free whether one attends in person or virtually. Information available
Important: If you are staying for the Sanford Great Plains Summit, please let us know so we can arrange for bus transportation to and from the meeting. Otherwise, it will be your responsibility to get to and from the meeting.
Evaluations: Yes, there will be evaluations! A daily email will be sent to each attendee with a link for the lectures. Please share your comments, suggestions, and opinions. Collecting this ‘data’ is important for PPALS for a myriad of reasons that would benefit the overall organization. We greatly appreciate your assistance by ‘sharing your thoughts!’
